Hayleigh Ingals Wilder

Darrin and Bruce in the FISHING Dept of Sun Sea

We started our day out at SunSea for Bruce to find him a great find, just ended up browsing around for a while (it was probably alot like him going into his shed).... after that we headed to Naval Kadena to do a little browsing also, then to China Pete's for some serious browsing!!! It always scares me to take our youngest in that store in fear of having to buy anything that hits the floor from her touching it even the lady working there kept a close eye on her and her hands.... after hours of decision they found what they were looking!!! It has been so nice to have company as I have told them that all flights from Naha have been cancelled until further notice but Bruce just laughs! We have been really pretty lazy in the mornings just watching the OLY's and then doing something in the afternoons and tonight we took a little ride out to the DAM it was nice and cool and fun to take a dip in the water!!

Love to you all

A visit to the Pineapple Park.........

Yesterday we went to the Pineapple gardens, we went for the tour on little pineapple cars and then we went into the store and sampled pineapple wine, pineapple cakes, pineapple pies, pineapple cookies, pineapple chocolate. And as we were leaving we had to have a pineapple icecream! It was really good but not like a certain TANGY!

Today the girls decided to try another day of ceramics, they will be pro's at them by the time we get home and don't be surprised if you all receive them as Christmas presents from now until forever!!! When Darrin got home from work we decided to try and catch a sunset at Araha Beach and a quick bite to eat......... well we were a little late for the sunset but did get a bite to eat right next to the beach they have a few little hole in the wall places we were a little sceptical of the food as we always are the first time we eat somewhere new, we had chicken sandwiches, hamburgers and it all turned out really good we will definitely be going back!!! On the way home stopped at American Village to take a few pics of the ferris wheel in the dark! Hope you all enjoy the pics and enjoy your day off if you are a lucky one!!

*~*~*~ CULTURE CLASS ~*~*~*

Preparing the potatoes for the CURRY! YUM And DAD!! We even got the "hermit" out of the house to join in the party!! Thanks sister Ms Tiara and Hayleigh another one of her teachers. Ms Higa and Hayleigh, one of her teachers.

The last two weeks Hay has been taking a culture class, she has been really busy with oragami, learning songs and words as well as creating her own Shishi dog, today she ended her class with a recital of the Taiko drums and Curry and rice!! You all need to get up to date on your Japanese, because that is all she has been using lately, we dont understand a thing she says so if anyone wants to communicate with her you better get to the library!! Push the stop button on "Our tunes" so you can hear the Taiko Drummers! Hope you enjoy the pics and the show!

~~~~~ DO YOU ~~~~~
Do most of you know where you were 15 years ago today?? (family and friends)(July16 1993) remember we are a day ahead of you all!
Well you probably were spending the day with us!! As we were saying our "I DO's" can you believe that it has been that long?
As I look back on all of the years and all of the stages we (Darrin and I) have gone through together some I laugh, some I cry, but either way I am glad that we made it through all of them together!
And I am supposing that in another 15 years, I will probably be doing the same thing and looking back on this Journey and saying that was one of the best things as a family we ever did and that we were able to share them with our parents and siblings!
I just want Darrin to know that I am very grateful that he has been able to put up with me for all of these years and I know it has not been easy, and then to add 2 more girls into his life would even be more of a challenge, but he is a great husband, father, son and friend! And looking forward to many many many more years!
And yes I did pull another picture out of the archive so I hope you all get a good giggle out of it!!
Love to you all!
.........EARTH SHAKE.............
We just walked in from the Torii pool and the neighbor kids were telling us that we just missed it............ came in the house and Darrins eyes were as big as silver dollars! Yes that is right this will be the third here on the island since we've been here! I think that GWBush is in Japan somewhere this week!! Is that the reason of the movement of the earth?
All is well!
